Our fee structure is very simple and transparent. It has been designed so that our clients can budget effectively and are fully aware of the fees associated with our services before they sign the contract and will be specifically mentioned in the contract.
The fees involved in the property finding service are:
Commissioning Fee. An advance deposit on the finder's fee, not an additional charge
Finders Fee. The fee for the property search service
Client Requested Services. These will be quoted for separately and will not feature in the property search contract.
A commissioning fee is required on signature of the contract and before the property finding process can begin. This ensures that we are working for clients who are committed to purchasing a property.
The commissioning fee will be deducted from the final property finder's fee payment, it is not an additional charge
| Purchasing budget | Commissioning Fee |
|---|---|
| Up to €500,000 | €500 |
| €500,000-€1,000,000 | €750 |
| Over €1,000,000 | Agreed by consultation |
A finders fee of between 2.0% and 3.25% (subject to a minimum fee of €3,500) is payable at the exchange of contracts (signing of the compromis de vente). The Finders Fee is based upon the gross purchase price of the property including any agent's fees. The precise fee for your project will be agreed in advance and mentioned in the property search contract.
All day to day expenses incurred by ourselves during the property finding process are included in the above fees.
If the client has further requirements which fall outside the property finding service these can be discussed and quoted for separately in advance.
Such services may include:
Arranging accommodation.
Arranging airport pick-up or other transportation.
Arranging property surveys.
Arranging translation of French documents in to English
French TVA is not applicable to these fees under article 293B of the French General Code of Taxe
