Buying your French property is only the first step in ownership.

If you have bought it as a holiday home and will spend most of your time away in your home country chances are that you will need some help in maintaining it.

If you have bought it as your main residence you will probably undertake maintenance and the day to day running of the property yourself. However if it is your first foray in to France and perhaps your knowledge of French and the French system are a little shaky you may still need a little assistance.

Our Property Management Service includes:

Regular visits in your absence to ensure the security and general "well being" of your property.
Organising repairs if needed
Sourcing and overseeing pool maintenance services
Sourcing and overseeing gardening services
Overseeing building or improvement works
Liaising with French authorities and utilities as necessary
Bill paying
Organising cleaning
Buying of furniture, white goods cars etc.
Opening up property ready for your arrival and closing down after your departure
Rental of available weeks in your property should you choose to rent

You can pick as many or as few of our services as you wish.
If you would prefer just to enjoy your house and leave everything to us - a "turnkey operation" we are happy to oblige.
If you just need a little help here and there we are happy to do that as well.

Our fees are based on the amount of help you opt for and the size and location of your property.
