Respond to rental enquiries
Contract rental clients, take payment for rentals and take a refundable security/damages deposit
Meet clients and escort them to the property and familiarise them with it
Be on hand to help with any problems clients may have.
Action any repairs or renewals you as the owner are responsible for after consultation with yourself.
Check the condition of the property on clients' departure and arrange any repairs or renewals if required.
Arrange the final clean of the property to return it to its original condition
Report to you on all aspects of your rental.
