After your initial contact with us we will ask you to fill in a property search questionnaire. This will ask for details about the type of property you are looking for, preferred location, budget, timescale for purchase etc.
Once we have received this we will carry out, free of charge a feasibility study on your project and advise you as to the likelihood of success within the parameters you have set. At this stage you have no commitment to us.
You can then decide whether you wish to go ahead with the search and if you wish to change any of your wish list.
When you advise us you wish to commission the search we will contact you by telephone, or if you are in France arrange to meet up with you. We do this because we feel there is no substitute for personal contact to understand in detail your ideal property and how your lifestyle requirements may affect your longer term objectives. We will need you to give us some of your time so we can ask some fairly in depth questions to ensure we have a proper understanding of what you really want now and for the future.

Our primary aim is to get you to those "special properties" as soon as possible. To do this:
We will use our time and dedication to:
Search estate agents notaires, other property professionals and private sellers.
Build a selection of properties that meet, or are close to meeting your ideal criteria
Send you (e-mail, fax or post - your choice) those property details and photos as soon as possible
When you have chosen the properties of specific interest to you we will visit them personally, take photos of all aspects and report back giving you an honest unbiased opinion of the properties, their conditions and suitability. At this stage you may if you wish ask us to do a detailed property report.
We will now on your instruction:
Arrange viewings and accompany you to those viewings
Help you negotiate the best purchase price
Arrange for the drawing up of the compromis de vente, and subsequently the acte de vente and accompany you to the notaire for signature (or indeed act as your proxy should you wish)
Help you organise connection of utilities etc. to ready your house for occupation.
After purchase we will assist you as required and our other property services will be available to you at any time.
At all times information you give us will remain confidential and never disclosed to a third party without your prior instruction or consent. We understand some clients wish to protect their privacy and we will respect that wish
The PROPERTY FINDING FEES heading explains the fees we charge for our services. We honestly believe however that the true cost is much lower than the fee charged after taking in to account the savings made in unnecessary trips with their allied expenses and the purchase price reduction obtained in the negotiation process. In fact in very many cases the total saving is substantially more than the property finding fee paid
