You have found a property you are interested in buying, have received the seller's description and have got to the point when you can go no further without viewing the property to find out if the provided description is accurate, and whether the property meets up to your requirements.

Travelling to France whether by road, air or train is not without some substantial costs and is very time consuming. When you arrive you face hotel bills and of course you have to eat! Even a short trip to Southern France can easily cost hundreds of pounds and of course necessitates time off work or away from your business.

It is not unusual for sellers' or sellers' agent's descriptions to be extremely economical with the truth and for only the photos of the nice parts to be made available. You are often told what the seller feels you want to hear rather than what is accurate.
Frequently having looked forward to a viewing you will come away disappointed and wondering why the agent has not listened to what you want and has shown you a totally unsuitable property.
Your trip has been an expensive waste of time and money.

We have no vested interest in the property being sold and can give you an honest and unbiased report about the property before you undertake your viewing trip.
Hopefully we can confirm that the property is "just what you are looking for" but more often than not this is not the case and our viewing on your behalf has saved you that valuable time and money.

Two types of report are possible.

Standard Property Report
Detailed Property Report

The property reports can be commissioned as stand alone products or as part of a full property search.
